2025 Nacha Rules Bulk Pre-Order

• What are the differences among the various versions of the Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines?

  • Hard copy: a physical, spiral-bound, soft cover copy of the Nacha Operating Rules & Guidelines.

  • Online only: An interactive website which provides access to both the full Nacha Operating Rules and the Nacha Operating Guidelines, as well as any potential supplement details added mid-year. Divided into sections, this resource has been set up to allow for an easy and responsive viewing experience from a desktop computer, laptop or a mobile device with enhanced product features including:

    • Intuitive navigation

    • Regularly updated content

    • Organized access to Rules Supplements in real time

    • Keyword/Phrase search

    • Copy options

      • NOTE: Subscription access ends on December 31 of the year of publication.

  • Digital only: This version utilizes a cloud-based third-party App (Flux Player) to launch access to the digital content. Once Flux Player is downloaded to your device and the purchased access code is redeemed, content is available for viewing, without internet access. The content can be accessed on up to two devices using the same app account. This product provides identical content display as the physical printed book and works on numerous operating systems and devices, including PC/Windows, Mac (OSX), Android phones and tablets, Apple IOS, and Kindle.

The Flux Player app has been updated to include the following user enhancements:

• Increased search capabilities within the document

• Content highlighting feature

• Inclusion of user notes/annotations on highlighted items

• Synchronization of user’s notes/highlights across all devices included on their account, where the content has been downloaded

• Does UMACHA host a Nacha Rules bulk pre-order each year?

  • Yes.  A bulk pre-order for Nacha Rules is offered to Members annually, usually during the months of September & October.

• When is the deadline to submit an order form for the 2025 bulk pre-order?

  • All forms must be completed & submitted to UMACHA by Wednesday, October 23, 2024.  Orders must be fully completed & submitted using the order form linked on the button above.  Orders received after October 23rd will likely be subject to normal pricing & ineligible for the bulk price discount.

• What is the minimum quantity that must be purchased to receive the bulk pricing?

  • Members must purchase a minimum of five copies in a given version to be eligible for discounted pricing.

• May we mix and match versions to reach the minimum purchase quantity of five?

  • No.  For example, placing an order of two Hard Copy versions & three Online versions would not meet the minimum quantity threshold.  To receive bulk pricing, a minimum purchase quantity of five would need to be purchased for both the Hard Copy version & the Online version.

• If we have reached the minimum purchase quantity of five in one version, may we order less than five in a different version?

  • No.  Each version has its own minimum purchase quantity of five.

  • For example, a member who purchases five Hard Copy versions of the Nacha Rules may not add on only two Online versions & still be eligible for bulk pricing.  The member would need to add three additional Online versions (for a total of five) in order to received bulk pricing on the purchase of both the Hard Copy & Online versions.

• May we participate in the bulk pre-order if we are not Members of UMACHA?

  • No.  The annual bulk pre-order is a benefit only provided to active UMACHA member organizations.

• When determining how many versions of the Nacha Rules to purchase, should we also include the complimentary version we receive each year as a Member of UMACHA?

  • No.  Order counts should not include the free version of the Nacha Rules provided to UMACHA Members on an annual basis.

• When can we expect to receive the Nacha Rules we requested during the 2025 bulk pre-order?

  • Barring any technical issues, Nacha Rules requested during the 2025 bulk pre-order should be received in December 2024.

• When can we expect to receive our invoice related to the Nacha Rules we requested during the 2025 bulk pre-order?

  • Invoices will be issued in January 2025.
