Navigating Payments 2024 was so many simultaneous things: a joyous celebration of UMACHA's past 50 years serving its member organizations, the sharing of knowledge, solutions, and ideas among those in attendance, and a recognition of the joy & passion within us all to support our accountholders in our day-to-day activities. Our hearts are full and we already can't wait to see you all again next year!

2024 Navigating Payments 'UMACHA Gives Back' Recipient:
The Ronald McDonald House Charities® Upper Midwest provides a warm and welcoming community of support and respite for families with seriously-ill or injured children. Services include:
- Lodging
- Meals
- Kitchen access and fully-stocked pantries
- Laundry facilities
- An accredited K-12 school
- Workout facilities
- Supportive, family-focused programming
The charity takes care of all these things so families can focus on the well-being of their child.
Attendees of the conference are encouraged to bring the following tangible donations to Navigating Payments:
- Kraft Easy Mac
- Hormel Compleats microwaveable meals
- Beef/turkey jerky (snack packs or sticks)
UMACHA will deliver these tangible donations to the charity following the conference. Additionally, UMACHA will make a $500 donation to the charity to help it continue its incredible work in the region.
